New England Autumn Salad with Sweet Balsamic Dressing

This salad brings me back to the crisp air, fresh apples, and colorful leaves of Autumn in New England. I’ve said this before, but there is nothing quite like Autumn in New England. This classic, New England salad is filled with granny smith apples, dried cranberries, pecans, bacon and Gorgonzola cheese. This salad is great for a family dinner as it can be put together quickly or serve it at your up coming Halloween party. Either way, everyone will love it!

2 bags spring salad mix
4 oz real bacon
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1 to 2 large granny smith apple, chopped
1/3 cup toasted pecans

Directions:
